I had to reach out to dearlady.us about my order because I hadn’t gotten any update for a few days, even though it seemed like things were supposed to move faster than that.

To be fair, they did reply eventually, and the answer was helpful enough once I got it. But the wait was longer than I expected, and it’s annoying when the service sounds quicker or smoother than it actually ends up being.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely didn’t match what I thought I was getting. Their customer service is okay if you’re not in a rush, but don’t expect the timing to live up to the promises...

I ordered a dress from Dear Lady my first thought when I opened it was, “Okay, this actually looks like the pictures.” I was expecting some weird difference in the style or details, but the cut was really close to what I saw online.

It fit a little loose on me, but not enough to be a problem. The fabric felt decent, and overall it looked nice once I had it on. I already wore it out and got a couple compliments, so quick verdict: I’m happy with it

I ordered two things from dearlady.us in the exact same size, but they fit so differently that I was kind of confused. One felt a bit too tight, and the other was loose with the shoulders fitting weird. The clothes themselves looked okay, I guess, but the sizing was frustrating enough that I’m not really sure how I’d order again...

The material feels nice, the stitching is decent for what I paid. Overall I’m happy with it.

I tried using it on my phone it was frustrating. The pages took forever to load, and the menus felt cluttered and confusing. It just doesn’t feel right to expect people to deal with that kind of hassle when they’re trying to get something done quickly

I had to exchange for a different size, and while it did work out in the end, it felt way slower than it needed to be. I’ll admit I don’t have a ton of patience for waiting around, so the delay got annoying fast. Support was okay, just not exactly quick.

I ordered a set from dearlady.us and honestly... the fabric feels really nice. It’s soft on my skin, not scratchy at all, and I was able to wear it for hours without getting uncomfortable.

I was a little unsure at first because I didn’t want it to feel cheap, but it actually doesn’t. It’s lightweight, stretchy, easy to move around in... and after washing it once, it still feels good. Definitely a good buy for me.

Customer service did get back to me, just not super quickly. I did get my refund in the end, so overall it was fine, but there’s definitely room for improvement...

I ended up returning it because I wasn’t totally sure about the quality. The refund came through fast though, which was a nice surprise.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the prices are good and shipping was totally fine, but the quality isn’t perfect. It’s okay for what you pay, so I wouldn’t say I regret it, but don’t go in expecting anything high-end.

The packaging made me feel relieved as soon as I opened it. The box wasn’t smashed, everything was clean and neatly packed, and nothing inside looked like it had been tossed around. It just gave me the feeling that some care went into it, so I was genuinely happy with how the order showed up...

i paid on Dear Lady with my card and everything went through without any real problem. checkout was simple, and i got the payment confirmation email a few minutes later.

i’m giving it 4 stars because the page took a little while to load after i paid, so i wasn’t totally sure at first if it worked. but it all came through fine in the end

I got the tracking info quickly and could follow my order the whole way without any issues. Shocking, I know, but it was actually easy.

I ordered my usual size and it fit just about right. I appreciate when sizing is accurate because it feels fair to customers and saves everyone the hassle of returns.
